Looking forward to being in Taize again this summer. Get in touch if you’d like to chat about the pilgrimage or Taize, I’d be pleased to share my experiences last year! @dioceseofnorwich.bsky.social

Spring is coming! A lovely ram lamb born at sunrise today!

Dawn is a little brighter, birdsong a little louder...The countdown to spring has begun, and nature knows it! Birds are defending territories, scouting nest sites, and thinking about pairing up... Have you noticed any shifts in activity? #ThoughtfulThursday

A marvellous morning at the grand opening of ‘Thrive’ - a new community cafe being run at Redgrave and Lopham Fen. A wonderful space, a great opening speech by Lady Dannatt and incredible cake and Buck’s Fizz to follow! What more could you ask for on a Tuesday morning !

Shepherding the flock in the heart of the city. 🐑 Filming for the Bishop’s Lent Appeal in Norwich. 📷

A brilliant day out with the Diocese Comms Team taking them to local farms to meet local farmers and talk about mental health and farming! All for the Bishop of Norwich’s lent appeal in aid of YANA! @dioceseofnorwich.bsky.social @bishopnorwich.bsky.social

I am looking forward to preaching on this tomorrow in East Harling whilst looking at this window! What a privilege!

Re-posting this to remind you that our Holy Week retreat is wonderful, has a special focus on vocation this year, and we have a number of FREE PLACES for those in discernment and working with a DDO. Email us to find out more! ([email protected])

Plough Monday, which falls today, always puts me in mind of my great-uncle Bill Cooper, who worked with heavy horses on Cole Ambrose's farm at Stuntney, Cambridgeshire. Here he is in the 1930s, and he continued to work with the horses until well into the 1960s.

I love the old countryside services. Today’s Plough Sunday service was at Larling. Prayers for the agricultural community as we start the new year. @dioceseofnorwich.bsky.social

I am making the transition from X/Twitter to Bluesky - For those who don’t know me, I am currently serving my title in the Harling and Guiltcross Benefice in South Breckland. As a family we also farm sheep and occasionally pigs - so agriculture and rural life are a huge passion of mine!

A cracking Plough Sunday at St Ethelbert’s in Larling today! Some seriously big tractors and a very brave @ianbishop.bsky.social giving the blessing from the steps of a tractor in a cope! @dioceseofnorwich.bsky.social
