Cue panic mode: I exported a lengthy narration mixdown and found all my punch points were heavily crossfaded with prior takes!😱Thankfully Audition autosaves multitrack sessions! Reopened the session, removed the fades, exported again and dodged re-recording the whole thing!😅

Finally cleared by my PT to ease back into running! Running is vital to my mental health, so going from full/half marathons to no running has been rough.
