I think I'm juuuuuust done tying up all the loose ends in the first area of #Avowed! There ended up being a surprising # of side quests, crevices to explore, random ruins full of ne'er-do-wells to vanquish. I've so far not run into the loot progression/difficulty scaling problem, blessedly.

I spent all evening helping our dev and marketing IT teams go live with more site migration to Azure. More time with #Avowed, and I can see why some of the early reviews were lukewarm. It definitely has a lot of room for polish (visually, if nothing else -- lots of that new game "fuzz" I see so much of that I can't ever seem to turn off or fix). Still enjoying slinking around the area with Kai :)

First thoughts on #Avowed: art design awesome, but technical visuals seem muddy; combat is stellar; voice over work is pretty solid so far; cinematic/dialogue editing seems choppy; sound and music are excellent. They’ve definitely room to polish, but I’m excited to explore this world again!
