Worrisome when our *current* only local Korean market doesn't sell masks anymore. :(

As I walk back here and look out at Stardust Racers, I wonder - how does a ride like that affect someone with POTS? 🤔

This is what I want to explain to others when they ask or wonder why the mask, still. I hide my chronic issues fairly okay. There are many days where I’m in awful pain, going about my day. I’m trying to limit my risk of long covid.

I found a relaxing place to chill (and take a mask break!) while my Nintendo-lover husband attempts to finish his question mark block collection (and maybe other things!?).

Happy 7th anniversary to us! 🥰

Oh hey, the queue is a less extreme temperature now. 🤣 🧛‍♂️🐺

10 of 10 done. Whew. What’s wild is I’m not even dead tired. 🤯 Maybe it’ll hit me tomorrow. I don’t even really want to go to sleep just yet, I want to watch a little of my kdrama (Descendants of the Sun).

9/10 ✅ So glad I had a moment to nap on the couch when I got home, I was wanting that ever since 0600. One more shift to go and then a day "off." 😆

Best #HandsOff rally sign

Something I’ve never understood in my autistic life is how people take other people’s pens home. I have never gone home with someone else’s pen unless they told me explicitly to keep it (and I can’t even remember a time for that, either).

6 of 10 ✅ 😮‍💨

When you're being mean to me, this is who you're being mean to.

I was talking to my mom last night, she seemed like she was up later than usual. She said she was staying up to watch Korean news of the impeachment. But seriously, though. What is it like to live somewhere like this?

He's not wrong.

Okay, I requested to join a Tarlov cyst group because apparently a lot of doctors don't take THIS condition seriously, either. I don't want to waste my time with providers who don't take concerns seriously. So online support groups are the way to go. For me, anyway. Rinse and repeat.

I think I have a Tarlov cyst (cysts?). It bugs me a little when I sit down on a hard-ish chair. Especially at work. But not sure if it's enough to actually seek medical care for it. Yet. Who would I even see to get it diagnosed? I hear they are more common in folks with EDS.

Man, I love the size of our family. 🥰 I mean, not for any particular reason or anything…..

It's really hard when you take time and agonize over sending a hard message to someone, only for them to not reply or even give some kind of reaction at all. :/

100X this.

Non-theme park people don't get that some jobs at a theme park have real opportunities for advancement and can be made into a long-term career. It's not a kiddie job for many of us actually.

open.substack.com/pub/disabled... A long but really good read. Covid never ended. There are people living with long covid.

Wondering whether or not I should include planes catching on fire in my 2025 Plane Crashes spreadsheet. Wondering if I should rename the spreadsheet to "2025 Plane Incidents" instead.

Measles case confirmed in FL. Reminder that measles is NOT a routine childhood disease. It was eradicated at one point. Lastly, it is AIRBORNE.
