I disagree. Taxes that high would affect student aid, grants, research, and faculty hiring/raises etc. These schools have made great strides in DEI initiatives. This is pure retaliation against liberal institutions.

I had the same thought initially. However, after reflection, this is the corporatization of higher ed. By defunding Dept of Ed and charging the corp tax rate on private institutions, all education would be in the pay to play private sector. All a part of the transactional nature of narcissists.

Without a doubt a complete sociopath. I’ve commented on this elsewhere. He conned the gullible into believing he’s a genius. He is nothing but a con man with zero empathy or remorse. The Empire is among us.
