I will never forget the start of Super Paper Mario where Merlon at the start asks you for help to save the world. If you continue saying no he goes "we're doomed..." and you get a game over. Absolutely gold.

Yeah, watching Bojack Horseman doesn't make me feel "good" or "hopeful" but that's not the goal with it. In my eyes, if a show makes me feel anything it intended to make me feel then it's a good show. Bojack is among the best for sure.
