SCOTUS just said in a 6-3 ruling: if SC bans Planned Parenthood from Medicaid, patients can’t do a damn thing about it. Cancer screenings? STI care? Birth control? Not their problem. This ruling makes it harder for anyone to challenge states defunding care.
