Just watched The Magnificent Ambersons (1942). In its final form, it's one of the finest films I've ever seen (I think I may have enjoyed it more than Citizen Kane!) Which makes me wonder how much better it would have been had Welles been allowed to make the film he truly wanted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📽 #filmsky
