That’s great, but if you’re a parent with 2 children, one 4yr old with AuDHD and one 20mo NT, it’s literally impossible to just relax and rest. No such thing. Anyone have tips on handling your own AuDHD when you have children, full time job, own a house, and have a mostly NT partner? #Autism #ADHD

I'm tickled by the fact that the term "spaghettification" can be used to describe what a black hole in space can do to objects, but also describe a messed up 3D print... Both equally terrifying IMO. Suppose having spaghetti thrown on you could also be one.

Angry at yourself for losing focus and functionality when you’re stressed and scared? Try my hack: imagined your brain is an overwhelmed child. I’d for sure yell at adult-me to pull myself together, but I can’t yell at a scared toddler (I’d care for them until they’re in control again). 1/3
