I was born into the still-segregated South but was able to witness a lot of progress. However, it now seems that racism has become has become respectable again. Oh, people have to avoid a few words, but racist attitudes are everywhere.

I don't do political endorsements or condemnations, though I denounce racism, plead for equity and justice, urge respect for life, both born and unborn, and speak on a number of other moral issues that touch on politics and find myself an outcast by both parties.
