Haven't posted in a while, so here is my dog. Her name is Inari, we found her in a dumpster, and she's a princess.

Kendrick Lamar is the modern day William Shakespeare

I'm so tired.

Is it fair to say that the major difference between Eastern and Western fantasy media is that Western fantasy tries to build a cohesive world and setting first, while Eastern fantasy takes a concept and asks how the world would develop around that concept?

This is genuinely disgusting. This is why they want a nation of the uneducated and the bigoted. So that they can misconstrue even the most basic Christian values and their core audience won't have the reading comprehension skills to understand why this is the exact wrong lesson.

Thinking of things to post is difficult right now. My brain appears to have settled on two settings: A) Anything related to my extensive hobbies, no matter how mundane or picked to death the topic may be. B) The Horrors with a side of ~existential dread~ and extra anxiety.

I was genuinely not expecting much of a reply at all to my previous post, much less to have actually talented artists replying to me directly. Thanks for everyone who reached out. Guess I'll have some art to peruse for the rest of the day.

Looking for recommendations for artists who commission character work. Preferably someone from the LGBTQ+ community, due to the characters I have in mind.

My main problem I'm encountering in my quest to use this platform more than I have used others in the past, is that I really don't think I'm that interesting. I can kind of get behind the idea of a public journaling, I guess I'm just not sure why people would care.

"Beyond wisdom there must be foresight. You know, that's really the end of the line. Wisdom itself isn't enough. The whole series is data, information, knowledge, wisdom, foresight. There must be something beyond that, but I can't think of it at the moment." -Arthur C. Clarke

Posting with literally two followers feels like shouting into the void, but if I don't post something and break the seal, I'll never use this website properly. So here we are, first post. This is either going to be good for my mental health or ruinous. 50/50, let's give it a whirl.
