“The troll king of the Internet can’t handle the consequences of the real world” Jordan Klepper

I’m excited to release the trailer for the upcoming documentary. Please check it out on March 27 at 8 PM on local PBS channel 16.1 in Ohio.

I can’t judge myself by my worst mistakes unless I continue to make them

Jump! Jump!

Just in case you were wondering, he's not talking to you.

I feel like we’re taking a harder right towards Idiocracy tho…

I’m going to miss it when it’s dismantled and sold out for parts…

I got all of my hair cut off and my first shingles vaccine. Does sitting on my couch and doomscrolling count as keeping my arm moving so it doesn’t get sore?

Bikepacking into my disabled future has never been so beautiful. Never let anyone tell you what you can’t do!

Sharing how I designed this dress for Ruby and her upcoming event. I’m still searching to connect with my sewing, garment designing friends here.

Somehow people are still trying to convince me I'm overreacting because disabled people are not the "real" targets, and I'm starting to think you just mean we're not real people.

Last night was the private premiere for CET and ThinkTV of “Jeffrey’s Journey.” Excellent audience and a fantastic QnA. Public premiere will be March 27, at 8pm on the local PBS in SW Ohio.

I made this the other night while procrastinating, mainly because I thought all the posts about the blackout were boring. It feels like there is momentum bringing people together!

and that’s when I said that that was fine if that’s that than I guess whatever but that sucks

Good morning! I’m thinking about how people keep talking about community. Growing, building, supporting. I know how important it is, and I just want to say as someone who struggles with “getting out there“ socially that even connecting with one real person can make the difference for me. (1)

every once in a while I think about that scene in Contact between Drumlin and Ellie where they talk about what kind of world we live in and I just love her

This is where I am

If you see, this post a #bird any bird will do.

Hi, I’m TracySews since my first Etsy shop in 2008. I love designing in my spare time. I provide alterations too. I’m almost always fully booked. I also serve on the Kettering Arts Council, run a large local meet up group, The Dayton Garment Designers Meet Up, write, blog, vblog, mentor, and teach.

BEHIND THE SCENES I had never filmed with a drone before and didn’t know what to expect. I just ride the bike, right? Well, sort of. (1)

It’s photo shoot time! I’ll be adding this dress I designed and free motion embroidered to CaFe and then the call for entry juried show, The View.

I am excited to finally announce that ThinkTV has created a documentary about my cycling adventures with CMT1A, a rare and debilitating neurological disease. Last summer, I followed the Ohio River from Pittsburgh to Cincinnati. The documentary will premier March 27th at 8pm on CET and ThinkTV 16.

I’m dying inside not being able to ride my bike outside.

Groceries are so fucking expensive I’m about to lose my mind! I already lost my wallet. This sucks.

In 2024 my disabled ass managed to make it across America on this 30 yo Trek 520 I named Fanchon. #disabled #builttolast

We are in this together whether we like it or not. #Disabled

That commercial for jackpocket was not what I expected

I think this was on my ride to Niagara Falls

I’m ready for a snack, who’s with me!?!

Valentines and the very air is of the aroma of funnel cake

Sometimes I wonder how it’s 2025 and I still get flats on my bicycle? Tubeless, tread depth, blah blah blah. Let’s just invent something that almost always works. Or is there a conspiracy against me. You fool. Oh, I see you. Dangit.

While #vanlife ing this January we often ate split pea soup and grilled cheese while freezing our asses off standing at some picnic table outside. It was nice to have it tonight sitting around our wooden table at home inside the warmth.

Austin, TX has a great library

Technocracy is here! Bow to your rulers of the ones and zeros. The entry fee is attention and the reward is your doom.
