Happy Caturday from my old gal Claire! Idk how many more Caturday’s I have left with her, she’s been in a steady decline for several months now. But as long as she continues to enjoy naps in front of a register, begs for treats and plays with her catnip toys, I’m good with that and so is she. 🩷🐾🩷

Happy Valentine’s Day gang!! I’m off to see my true loves-my sweet grandsons! It’s a fun weekend ahead baking cherry pie bars with the 4 yo and babysitting tomorrow night!! I’m excited to see them but the only drawback is the long drive to KY. Have a lovely day and stay safe out there! 💝💙🩵💘💖

Happy snow day gang! Quite a bit fell overnight and it’s still coming down! Took my dog Phil out this morning and my neighbor had snowplowed a path for us (Phil’s getting fussy in his old age)! He’s the nicest guy and always looks out for us. I’ll bake some lemon bars to thank him. Stay safe today.❄️

Hey gang! Hope everyone is having a tremendous Tuesday, I know I am! Had my oncologist appt-my scans were clear, bloodwork numbers good, cholesterol was down (not triglycerides though😒) and I lost 5 lbs! Best of all, I don’t have another scan or return visit for a year!! It’s a win!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌💜 💜💜

Some sad news this morning…our cancer warrior friend, [email protected] has sadly passed away. A FB post from her church said Julie passed January 7. I’m going to miss her courage and optimism in fighting this awful disease and always loved her posts about her cat, Nurse Crybaby! RIP friend. 💔
