Someone in my group thought he recognised PDA in me. He sent me some links & 24 hrs later I had added the missing jigsaw pieces.It has released the last of the shame and shit that I literally watched slide off me as weird slabs of jelly when I 1st understood ASD (I was microdosing LSD at the time)\1
