1/2 When the non-profit a-ripple.org/a-woman-plan/ went to Afghanistan to train MDs their translator was a woman who now is trying to get out of that country. She has a full scholarship in Germany. A visa requires 14k euros in a locked German account to prove she can sustain herself for the 1st year
