My pet peeve in #M365 is when admins make your display name LastName, FirstName. It feels more user friendly to see users first names. Especially in @mentions in #MicrosoftTeams so that you can just @ mention Julie instead of Turner, Julie... just better!

Architecture matters! I was saved by my former self that many years ago decided HTTP endpoints don't do the work, instead put the work on a queue. Ergo, I could rehome the queue processing function without moving the subscription endpoint and subsequently break 1000+ registered webhooks.
