The Dunning-Krueger effect is observable and on full display with the Trump administration and with Musk's doge team. I am not sure if we are winning yet, but it doesn't seem likely that anyone but a billionaire would consider it to be so.

2/2 Why sabotage the US postal service? Easy, you cannot cast a mail in absentee ballot if there isn’t any mail service! Oh and also this, Trump signed a EO today in an attempt to change election law for the 2026 mid terms and it greatly restricts the eligibility for voting by mail and in person!

Today, among other asinine news from the administration we learned that US postmaster general Louis DeJoy resigned after 5 years on the job. He refused to resign under the Biden administration as he was a Trump appointee and we still had a functional mail service that he needed to sabotage further!

There is a very strong likelihood that the Trump administration will lift economic sanctions against Russia and the oligarchs that prop up Putin as well as pressure the rest of the Western leaders to allow Russia access to the SWIFT financial system again and back into the G7 and G8 economic group.

US Federal Reserve Bank Atlanta projects the US GDP to contract at -2.8% for the 1st quarter of this year. A negative swing from a +2.2% positive GDP growth projection from early January before DJT was inaugurated. Whatever could have caused this contraction of the US economy!
