Excited to be joined by such extraordinary women! I'll be speaking after Framing Agnes.

After leaving Spotify, I've been really liking Tidal! There are some functions I miss but the sound is better (I did side by side comparisons) and apparently they treat artists better/compensate them more per play.

I'm looking forward to seeing Nosferatu in theatres but trying not to have Nosferatu the Vampyre (Herzog) expectations, one of my favorite movies. If the soundtrack is half as good as Popol Vuh in Nosferatu 1979, I'll be a happy moviegoer indeed!

No matter where you are in your trans-ness, if you are feeling despair, I cannot recommend enough engaging with the writings and histories of our elders who lived our lives before the 21st Century. It is both not as dark as you think and tougher than you think. And it will give you something.

I spent some hours scanning the entirety (of UVM Silver Special Collection's holdings, incomplete run) of Commonwoman (later Commonwomon), a Vermont newspaper started by a women's collective in 1978 and now I have searchable PDFs. Hundreds of pages! Stay tuned for neat things I have found/will find.
