Why is SCOTUS letting a convicted felon usurp their authority?? He and his minions are in contempt of a unanimous ruling to bring Garcia back. It is a blatant thumbing-of-the-nose at the Constitution which they all took an oath to uphold. Our Democracy is on the brink of being broken.
