Power just went out. It's currently 87 outside, real feel 91. It's supposed to get up to 91. I'm in the midst of a horrific fibro flare that is exacerbated by heat. No a/c. No fans. This is going to suck. #disability #fibro #Lupus #RA #spoonie #ImMelting

#Fibro flares are fun. Every time my hand spasms, I somehow manage to hit an ad on my phone. My cats are irked because they won't lay on the bed because my leg spasms mean they either get kicked or try to sleep thru an earthquake. I just want to sleep. #disability
