The only way for me not to lose complete faith in my fellow citizens is to believe that if they saw these policies up close & the devastating personal impact they have, they would not support them. I don’t think we can say we are better than this anymore, but we need to try.

Question for my criminal defense attorney friends: Anyone ever get a pardon or clemency for a client who was convicted of assaulting a police officer with a bat and causing crushed spinal discs, traumatic brain trauma and/or a heart attack? 4 years after the incident? Just wondering.
