Apart from 11 of the 30 teams, the NBA is very mid right now. In the East, the bottom 11 teams (of 15) average a .403 winning percentage. In the West, the bottom 8 teams (including the Warriors) have an average winning percentage of .409. Very average. (Probably should be called losing percentage.)
