City of the Wolves perfects everything SFV was trying to do while making it prettier, more attractive to 'old heads' in certain regards, and generally 'does everything drive gauge/meter was SUPPOSED TO DO'. 10/10 gameplay, definitely now tied for 1st for best fighting game of all time in my opinion.
