Oh, sure, good fuckin’ luck with that. Now you gotta throw out half of U.S. law since the Truman administration because presidents have been using the autopen for decades. Of course, he wouldn't dare bring charges against those pardoned because this nonsense has no basis in any legal reality.

That's exactly the point, isn't it? To stop the killing in order to allow negotiations to continue in good faith. That's literally the whole purpose of a ceasefire. This really just shows you how completely unserious Russia is about all of this. And they don't have any incentive to be.

This is big. Keep an eye on political machinations in the Philippines in the coming weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if Vice President, Sara Duterte, tries to have President Marcos murdered, and that's not an exaggeration. Also pay close attention to the American and Chinese government reactions.
