Since I just got an email from Patreon on the subject: In regards to the mandatory 30% Apple app store fee, TrueRef has decided to just absorb the cost. A lot of creators don't have that luxury, though. I highly recommend subscribing to creators through a web browser, NEVER the Apple app store.
