I have used the elliptical 2 days in a row. I am doing an activity/fitness challenge with my sisters, where we get points for being active every day. I am actually really proud that it hasn't been nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I plan to gradually increase the difficulty as I go. 🤞🏼

Last summer, I was in so much pain, I could barely walk. I got very little done in the gardens because of it. This year, my pain is finally being managed. It's not gone by any means, but I can at least function. And with my 14 year old nephew's help, I've managed to get back into gardening.
