Any unbiased world religion study will also teach you this. It's really not that hard to find accurate information on this. Majority of all Christian holidays stem from paganism and solstices.

Majority of all Christmas traditions come from paganism as Christians created Christmas using Winter Solstice traditions in hopes to get pagans to revert to Christianity.

American history books are already whitewashed and full of propaganda. There's also been so much taken out or rewritten. We can't really trust our history books now.

I think it's good to have a sequel as it gives more movies / representation to Polynesians.
Sure, sequels are rarely as good as the original, but if the creators and writers can afford making one, why not?
