Absolutely critical to understand. At no point, in any of an LLM's answers to any prompt, is there and entity which understands the semantic meaning of the prompt and provides a thoughtful answer based on a consideration of the facts. It might be right sometimes, but there's never a guarantee.

I use adblockers because I have almost never seen a site or service provide ads in a way that wasn't fundamentally disrespectful of me and my time. I am not necessarily against all forms of advertising in principle, but disruptive, abusive advertising is fully unacceptable.

It really helps it click to recognize that getting people to Mars is less of an engineering challenge and more of a human challenge. Not that there *aren't* engineering problems left to solve, but they're outweighed by "how do we do this in a way that is healthy and sustainable for the people?"

Aside from everything else that's awful about her/this: The "1.4 million illegals" she's referring to (undocumented immigrants, actually) are LEGALLY enrolled in Medicaid in states which have CHOSEN to pay 100% of the cost of doing so themselves. Federal dollars aren't paying for any of them.
