Not surprising, this is the same organisation with such relentless A/B testing (they bragged about it) you could never count on sharing the same experience with your friends. Their business is maximising metrics and they don't care what the learning/social outcomes are for any individual user.

Not gonna quote the previous OP in this because for all I know she's a charming and respectful travelling companion, but I think it's funny how there is so much panic about Children On Planes when on almost every flight I've been on it's unruly and needy adults who cause the problems.
