Wow, I tried 200mg of l-theanine w/ magnesium glycinate for #sleep & I had a horrible night. It felt like when I tried to sleep after taking acid or E when I was 20. Apparently I needed to start at a lower dose of the #ltheanine & not use the mag the 1st time. I should've listened to #ChatGPT.
