dang it I need to finish playing this piece of art.

Is it possible to have a double burn out? asking for a friend

Unfortunately, my role as Senior Narrative Designer at Playtonic has been made redundant. I'm now open to Senior/principal writing & Narrative Design roles UK - Remote/Hybrid. You can find my portfolio at www.gameswriting.coffee #gamedevjobs #gamedev #indiedev

I loved playing Rosewater! The pacing just clicked for me. Like visiting an old friend for another adventure, each time. The characters grew… the world felt alive. I really had a wonderful time :) Thank you @grundislav.games !

I walk around town a lot, and there’s this one house that uses a high-frequency pest repeller. An older friend of mine can’t hear it at all, so now every time I pass by and hear the sound, I say to myself, “I’m still worthy” and… I guess still have good hearing ? 😅

An outline of our game's story in scenes (with a lot of missing parts) I guess I'm done? no? :D

Just finished watching Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and I’m definitely picking up the manga. The story would make for an amazingly fun game! I love the idea and the writing behind it!

When looking at a game cutscene, I operate in two modes: a) I see no separation, everything's melting into the background b) too much separation, the characters look like they were added in post by a sleep-deprived intern. Only me?

/me checks X: AI this, AI that, Crypto this, Crypto that. /me checks Bluesky: "I made this" , "My favorite games", "PUT-INTERESTING-SUBJECT-FOR-DISCUSSION-HERE"

!!!

A little bit of work outside for today !

Walking about since the weather is lovely…really like this train station I just wish it was operational.

I have friends everywhere

Having watched Thunderbolts I now want to rewatch Legion.

I'd really like to see Steam make changes to their 30% platform fee. I understand they have no incentive to do so, but even a small change to say, the first $100k of gross revenue would make a massive difference to indie developers.

Heck of a “story” bundle for sale on Steam store.steampowered.com/publisher/fe...

Happy MONTH OF MAE to all who celebrate 🖤 #nitw

😍😍😍

Completely unintentional stacking but boy did I had fun with every single of these games…

Expedition 33, I thank you.

Elsewhere Electric promises a curiously unsettling co-op puzzle mystery that unfolds across VR and mobile. Read our impressions here:

Oh no. It’s Monday.
