Kamala was right. And it only took him less than 30 days to roll over for Putin.

Increasing your Water Bills 44% ABOVE inflation in the next 5 years isn't enough for the Water Companies, they have appealed to Ofwat to let them increase them up to 83% ABOVE inflation. Like if they can get stuffed. RT if we should nationalise the lot.

Record number of water companies challenge Ofwat bill decisions www.thetimes.com/business-mon...

Our planet is burning and our banks are fuelling the fire. UK high-street banks Barclays, HSBC, Santander, NatWest and Lloyds have funded fossil fuels with $556 billion since 2016. It’s time to go green. Switch to Starling, Nationwide or Triodos. Act now: makemymoneymatter.co.uk

Want to go visit the national parks this year? Sorry. The reservation system is shut down, EMT personnel are gone, so don't get hurt or lost. No one can clean the bathrooms or cabins, so they'll be closed. Rangers are fired. www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/arti...

"Under cross-examination, Thames Water’s chief financial officer conceded its total bill on restructuring lawyers and advisers could also climb to £200mn." Everyone's getting fat, except us poor saps who pay the bills. But we do have some plans... watch later this week. www.ft.com/content/3548...

So did Gov and Ofwat want to avoid being cross-examined by barristers in the Thames Water bailout case? It's not so easy to bluff and be economical with the facts through a proper court hearing. www.windrushwasp.org/single-post/...

⚠️Yorkshire town at the centre of a PFAS pollution case Could Yorkshire witness the first PFAS related legal claim in the UK By Brian McHugh @brianmchugh.bsky.social

“It's not easy to be exact, but studies estimate that tires create anywhere from 10-28% of the world's microplastic pollution, according to National Geographic. These particles don't just disappear — they end up in our water, our soil, and our bodies.”

“We foxes really have the good of the henhouse at heart”. lol. Of all the crazy, delusional #climate denial nonsense I’ve seen in an Irish paper in last 20 years, this may be the worst. Wow, @businesspost.bsky.social

The Govt refuses to consider no bailout of water companies and public ownership of them. The only way to change this is a huge lobbying of MPs. Appalling. 🤬 Gloucestershire County Council unanimously called for the CEO of Thames Water to come to a special meeting and answer questions about pollution and sky rocketing water bills. That meeting happened in Nov. The CEO didn’t show - sent representatives instead. No apology was issued.
