Warum sind eigentlich die Faschisten in anderen Ländern auch stärker geworden? Da gab es keine Ampel, keinen Habeck, kein Heizungsgesetz. Nur Konservative, die deren Rhetorik und Forderungen übernommen haben. Komisch, findet ihr nicht auch?

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers. This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't need to justify your reading preferences and choices to anyone. Audiobooks count as reading. Also, you don't have to finish books you don't enjoy. Don't read to impress, read for yourself. Life's too short, love yourself, ok? Signed, a librarian.
