To limit Musk's unfair influence on U.S. gov't so he can't threaten to "primary" any R speaking out against extreme Trump actions, Congress could require campaign spending return to pre-Citizens' United & negotiate reasonable, legitimate policy supported by a majority of Americans. #Congress
