Huge thanks to the young lads living on my cul-de-sac who had a full on scrap over some lazy pizza box recycling choices today, culminating in a dramatic van drive-off. 10/10 for entertainment value on an otherwise dull afternoon, and definitely taught my elderly neighbour some new words. Love it.

In November @katherinepriddy.bsky.social did a song with the Poet Laureate Simon Armitage (Close Season) about the start of winter. Which was great, except it meant that winter was coming. Now they’ve released the other one, (Daybreaker), which means winter is leaving soon. 🙏
