@lbc.co.uk It's weird how the microphone seems to malfunction when a male tory or reform MP is interviewed and there are no interruptions and hectoring. They can just freely spew everything with no pushback even when palpable rubbish.

call me a crazy leftie but I'm not that jazzed about a trade deal with a fascist, authoritarian, hyper-corporate and completely untrustworthy nation

@lbc.co.uk The aggressive tone of voice and general aggression from Ferrari towards the Labour government, particularly female ministers isn't a pleasant listen. But if it's going to occur, at least try and direct the same belligerence at Farridge's lot and the tories.

@lbc.co.uk Call them the Farrage Riots. Appropriating the murder of three young girls to excuse the disgusting rioters is shameful.

Utterly fantastic of Julia Davis from Patriotic Millionaires UK, who has highlighted the poor source of "millionaires leaving horror" story on @lbc.co.uk. Confected outrage from dubious source completely destroyed. Selective reporting is not journalism but shameful propaganda.

Imagine the national and international shame of being the first country to do one of his "deals." That disgrace will be multi generational.

The selectiveness of sections of the media should be studied. Same @lbc.co.uk show.... Farmers paying half inheritance - absolute outrage. Farmers having to compete with cheap rubbish US food - "I see no problem." Worth noting host can afford to buy good quality food.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social I know you're not a request show, but could you explain this for listeners who didn't go to LSE? It seems insane that there's no-one near enough Trump to explain that this is crazy and he doesn't understand.

I just did the numbers and this assumption looks to be completely right. Let’s pause for a minute and consider how INSANE this is. 🧵

Wow, anger about the government making "scapegoats" of billionaires and millionaires and how terrible it is. Imagine how angry you'll be @lbc.co.uk when you learn how the poorest, sickest, oldest and most vulnerable have been scapegoated for last 14 years.

Same people. Need stick for anti-lockdown agenda. "Think of the kids and young people and their mental health - open everything." Now. Same people. Same young. "They're worthless, lazy, scrounging, pathetic, weak, workshy, wastes of life." Almost like they didn't really care. @lbc.co.uk

Is this the same Guardian that headlined that Starmer was going to slash workers rights when in fact the government strengthened workers rights? Excuse me while I relegate the Guardian to the ‘unreliable source’ category alongside the Times & Telegraph www.theguardian.com/society/2025...

If Trump was President in 1940

I like you @lewisgoodall.com It's extraordinary how just a small amount of pressure destroys any argument exposing the repeated unevidenced lines. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Proud to be British this evening.

I thought it was bad on @lbc.co.uk between 7-10 Monday to Friday but what's on now is extraordinarily awful. It's the equivalent of she was wearing a skirt and was asking for it. Shameful stuff.

Brilliant!

On 15 March 1939 Hitler and his deputy summoned the Czech President to Hitler’s residence in Berlin and then bullied him to submitting to a German invasion of his country. They drove him to the point of physical collapse, threatening him until he eventually signed his country’s death warrant.
