The boy is back from his travels and the foxes on the hill are celebrating. (Probably because the car is also back, so they have somewhere to hide and scoff their stolen eggs. 🦊)

*Looks shiftily at Magnus*

I think my favorite thing about the Nosferatu universe is that every single director gave us a cat. #HorrorCommunity

Ours talk an awful lot more than that.

The wise use the term witchcraft to describe the ability to nudge the universe. The fearful use it as label for their paranoia, their refusal to develop relationships with both the land and the enfolding world of spirits. - Faith Dunmort, Barrow Wisdom Coven #WitchSky

For as much as witchcraft is ancient and may be called a condition of humanity, so is the impulse to persecute. Every hanged and drowned witch spirit speaks to us not only of archaic barbarity against the marginalised, but as an ever modern warning of being othered. - Dr. Helen Wade, Woden College

Just found my new nickname.

If you were part of the Britwell Scout movement whilst being led by Les Cutler, please email [email protected] Dozens of men have contacted me and we are going to the police. We would love to have you join us if you were affected.

Who’s a good boy (mostly)? Picked up a squeaky spacehopper and charged off down the aisle just as I got up to read at evening prayer, then made a drama out of making his bed before sleeping through choir practice.

Did you know there’s a Hellebore card game? The Magical Card Battle of Britain has two playing modes: Magic Families (plays like Happy Families) and Card Battle (plays like Top Trumps). You can get yours via www.helleborebooks.com

“Is that a dog?” No, madam. It is a tiny gentleman in a Scottie suit. 😹

All good churches have ghosts. 👻

“The tupilak was made of different natural materials – animal, bird & human remains. Those who knew about witchcraft gathered these pieces together, tied them together & chanted magic spells over them. It was then ready to be put into the sea & sent off to kill an enemy.” Eastgreenland. com

Totally not going to murder you in the night.

I doubt I will ever set eyes on a more creative bit of recycling.

Several of the questions are designed to make the respondent feel out of their depth, and at least one makes no actual sense; basically it’s designed to make creators give up and back off. Don’t. In those cases I repeated “Obtain permission and pay for use”

This might be interesting.
