My surgery went well, now it’s a waiting game for healing and eye stabilization. But that should only be a few weeks. But I got center vision back!

My eye surgery was a success! I can see in the middle of my face again! Now just a few weeks of healing and I can hopefully start working on all the projects I had to delay.

I wish my eye surgery was sooner. June 2024-Feb 2025. I’m not supposed to drive, I get migraines from my eyes. For routine strabismus surgery, 8 months. Not counting the year wait to get into the eye doc for the referral to the specialist.

I am reading the book “Sapiens” and it reads really weird about a decade after it was written. I’m a little over halfway through and I find the writing dull and a lot of it is just kinda bad, in that way of over explaining, wrong summations, and then just glossing over important things.
