Heute wäre der Staatsrechtslehrer und Rechtsphilosoph Winfried Brugger 75 Jahre alt geworden. Ihm verdanke ich mein erstes juristisches und rechtsphilosophisches Seminar ("Asylrecht", Sommer 1993). Später durfte ich in Heidelberg sein Kollege werden. R.i.p.
