I cosign this completely. Sick of the car with PA/NJ/CT/FL plates parking in the same spot for weeks. If you want to park here on a permanent basis, then reregister your car in NY and start paying NY and NYC taxes.

Drove back into Manhattan via the Holland Tunnel on Saturday. Same approximate time as my last trip pre-Congestion Pricing. No traffic in NJ. Didn’t experience a backup until I was heading uptown on the West Side Highway. Totally worth the $9 toll.
