for me, the cancellation of lifesaving antiretroviral therapy -- much of which was delivered under PEPFAR, created by the GWB admin -- was the canary in the coal mine, so to speak those who can make peace with millions of preventable deaths will not hesitate to go further

But what if… what if Judge Boasberg (or at some point, Judge Xinis) issued a sealed order for DOJ contemnors to be taken into custody (let's say) on a Mon as they're going to work, then secretly rushed off to a prison in Venezuela. BREAKING: D.C. Circuit panel allows Judge McFadden's injunction in the Associated Press access case to go into effect. McFadden's stay of his order ended at midnight, and the D.C. Circuit panel only scheduled arguments (for 4/17) on DOJ's requests for an admin stay and a stay pending appeal.
