Go to you senators' and representatives' offices. Their staff is polite. They take notes. Be prepared for dialogue over argument. Bring a relevant story to back up your position. Focus on the win-win. 10 minutes with your representatives is more powerful than any share on social media.

Medicaid and Medicare health care payments were temporarily stopped yesterday. AP News says that it shouldn't be affected no matter Monday's court decision on the freeze, but clearly the freeze had the effect once already. This is chaos.

I got an email from my state to all healthcare providers who take Medicaid that funding for Medicaid had stopped abruptly today but has been reinstated and seems to be okay moving ahead. Not that it was a mistake or just rumors, but that it did actually stop.
