Me 2 buddy 💤 I’m up to page 44 now in my comic script! I don’t actually know how to denote thinking in a script but that’s a problem for a cleaner draft. I don’t have much inner monologue since I’m trying to lean into “show don’t tell” but in this ONE single scene in Book 1 it was necessary.

WOW friendly reminder to take it easy when going from Not Working Out At All to Very Intense Workout For Extended Period Of Time - jiu jitsu’d too close to the sun & woke up violently ill from a migraine 🙃 all is ok now but I’ll be more careful next time

I decided it was too hard to write/draw combat without knowing anything about combat, so I looked into local martial arts places! (Plus I needed a fun workout routine, anyway) Took a free trial of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and nearly passed out but it was a ton of fun! I start classes next week :)
