Tiling is pretty much finished. All that's left to do is fit the new toilet and sink, plumb in the bath taps/shower, and fit the new lights and extractor fan. Then to paint the walls and smooth over the ceiling.

Does Trump actually realise that Canada shares a Head of State (King Charles III) with 15 other countries including the UK and Australia. Regardless of your thoughts about monarchy, the absolute chaos of any invasion to make it the 51st State would be extreme.
