Ready to have my heart destroyed. I've never seen the movie but have seen clips over the yrs. I meant to only read the 1st chapter last night but had to make myself stop after 3 bc I was so tired. I'm also listening to The Notebook to fall asleep. I should probably stock up on Kleenex. #Booksky 📚💙

Approximately 2006 I started writing a book. I spent a year on it here and there. I got about 65 pages in. Recently I went back to it. It's definitely a time capsule of the era. Greatest hits include: Closing a phone to end a call, opening a phone to make a call, calling cabs, flipping channels (1)

I absolutely love this show. The characters are all interesting, there's mystery, I've teared up a couple of episodes (and I am not one to cry). And best of all it's tame enough for my whole family - two adults and a tween. I recommend it to everyone when TV comes up. 📺 #TV #SchoolSpirits

I had a goal to read 10 books in 2025.....I accidentally read 20 in January. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm sure I'll eventually lose steam so I upped my goal for the year to 50. As someone who normally reads 1-2 books a year I'm shocked at myself. And my husband's most used phrase is "another one??!!" #booksky

In Mar '21 we started fostering dogs. Over the past 3 years we've welcomed 44 dogs into our home. Our quickest adoption was about 15 mins (he got adopted right after I left the facility & went "home" the next morning). Longest was a day shy of 4 mos. The av stay is about 10 days. #dogsofbluesky
