In the new "Fact Sheet" from the White House, Trump takes over the role of the Judiciary. He claims that "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed" means he is the arbiter of what is lawful in the Executive branch. It reads as a prelude to ignoring the courts when they try to rein him in.
