Lol, realised while tracking drums for my latest tune tonight that the middle/solo section (in 11/8 btw) was just too bloody difficult. So...what I'll have to do is rearrange the guitars/bass rhythmically to fit around the drums I recorded. 😁 There's always a solution!

One thing with my songwriting I've noticed as I'm getting older and more experienced is I no longer give a shit about where it fits in and the idea of making any money off it. The songs write themselves, I try to get out of the way and if 3 people like what I do - that's great. It's very liberating.
