What did I do Sunday that was helpful to myself? Hm. Started an audiobook about the Reformation, mostly because I wanted something calmer than the fiction audiobooks to fall asleep to. Tidied the one kitchen counter a bit. Did a load of dishes. Set wings to marinate in GF teriyaki sauce.

I wish the 16 x 16 sudoku on the web that I found was friendly to do on my phone. Seems I need it, since I started it and wound up crying. That's good, though. I feel a little better. I'm up to getting some kind of food ready now.
