That's all for Film Club now until September. There'll still be lots of great films to see at the Alhambra over the summer including Flow from tomorrow. The NT Live version of Dr Strangelove on Tuesday is also worth seeing.

An audience Score of 75% for The Room Next Door, bringing our seasons of films to an end. The Film Club is now on a summer break but we'll be back in September and there'll be lots of great films at the Alhambra before then.

Sadly we have reached the end of our film year so we hope you can join us at 5pm for Pedro Almodovar's latest 'The Room Next Door'. His films are always amazing and this is his first English language film so, however you look at it, not one to be missed! keswickfilm.org/club/film/1495

The Girl With The Needle was a grim film but so well made and gripping

Film Club continues today at 5pm with the THE GIRL WITH THE NEEDLE from Denmark. Universally praised but it may not be an easy watch; "Bleak, but horrible compelling" (Observer), "Harrowing but seriously impressive" (Time Out) keswickfilm.org/club/film/1493
