I grew up under a dose of autocracy and dictatorship. The country was led by the same person for 40 years. Then his son took over for the last 20. During his dad's time it was brutal repression.

If you aren't getting a refund, or you can afford a delayed refund, file your taxes on paper, via US Mail this year. Mail them at the last possible moment. If the percentage of people who file electronically goes way down, and Elon has fired half the IRS, they are screwed.
